Facial remodelling helps to harmonize the volumes of the face. It involves the basic structures of the face, in order to achieve harmony, be it by reconstructing the bones or soft tissues. This is an intervention in which distinct techniques may be used, including rhinoplasty, mentoplasty, otoplasty, grafts of fat or lipofilling and/or all types of lifts.
