La relaci\u00f3 metge-pacient s’ha de basar en el respecte mutu, l’escolta, la confian\u00e7a i la sinceritat.<\/strong> Aix\u00ed com els metges han d’evitar inc\u00f3rrer en errors o mala praxi, els pacients han de con\u00e8ixer quines s\u00f3n les seves obligacions.<\/p>\n

INFORMAR AL METGE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A la primera cita, el metge elabora la hist\u00f2ria cl\u00ednica del pacient amb totes les dades que aquest li proporciona. \u00c9s important aportar la major quantitat d’informaci\u00f3 possible, amb detall i amb sinceritat,<\/strong> ja que aquesta base \u00e9s de gran ajuda per establir un diagn\u00f2stic i tractament adequats.<\/p>\n

El que per al pacient pot ser una dada sense import\u00e0ncia, per al metge pot ser informaci\u00f3 valuosa. Cal ser exhaustiu amb els antecedents familiars, operacions anteriors, al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies, h\u00e0bits alimentaris i estil de vida. Com pacients, hem de recordar que la informaci\u00f3 que proporcionem \u00e9s confidencial i que el nostre metge est\u00e0 per ajudar-nos i no per jutjar-nos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

SEGUIR EL TRACTAMENT I LES CURES POSTOPERATORIS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

No hi ha dues persones iguals i, per aquest motiu, el metge estableix els tractaments i les cures postoperat\u00f2ries de forma personalitzada per a cada pacient.<\/p>\n

Una vegada que el pacient ha estat donat d’alta, generalment el seu metge li prescriu una s\u00e8rie de recomanacions per prevenir problemes i perqu\u00e8 els resultats de la cirurgia a llarg termini siguin el m\u00e9s satisfactoris possibles.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c9s imprescindible que el pacient assisteixi a les cites programades.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Per obtenir els millors resultats \u00e9s clau que el pacient segueixi rigorosament les instruccions donades pel seu facultatiu. Aquestes instruccions les d\u00f3na el cirurgi\u00e0 durant les visites de control. Si el pacient no assisteix a la cita, el doctor no sap com es troba i si tot segueix el seu curs habitual o hi ha alguna recomanaci\u00f3 a realitzar per a un millor resultat.<\/p>\n

En cas de no poder acudir, el pacient ha d’avisar amb suficient antelaci\u00f3 per a reprogramar la cita.<\/p>\n
