Breast lift

A breast lift, or mastopexy, is a surgical procedure in which sagging breasts are lifted and reshaped.

As the years go by, factors such as pregnancy, breastfeeding and the force of gravity make the skin of the breast less elastic, in turn causing loss of shape and sagging.

When the breasts have also lost volume in addition to having sag, the surgery can be complimented by the placement of implants or a transplant of the patient’s own fat (lipofilling).
